I always order from this location and never have issues but tonight was very disappointing. An hour and 15 minutes for one small pizza. Called to find out the status of my order after an hour and was told “he will be there soon”. No apology for the delay. Took so long the tracker even stopped uploading. Having only one driver on for a Saturday night seems unacceptable. Pizza arrived and was barely warm. Toppings were also put on it weird as well. First and last time to order here. Called and ordered over the phone, confirmed a few times about the 50% deal. Guy said yes he can do the 50% deal. Ordered 3 large, was in a hurry to pick up to attend a birthday party which the pizza was for. After getting it, only noticed on the bill it was not 50% but some deal with some discount for 2 large and the 3rd one was regular. Guy on the phone made reasons and now different answers even tho the Ad was everywhere. Bad business practice.
