I go here a lot because I work close. I love the pizzas from here rather than domino's. Almost always a good experience until they lost my order a few weeks ago and I had to wait about 20 minutes to get it fixed. They gave me a free pizza with 5 toppings card to use on my next visit which was great. I used that coupon for pep,sausage, onion,gp, and mush tonight. Nelly the manager is amazing Literally forgot my garlic sauce and sent me a free pizza with the missing garlic sauce to make up for it. Best papa John’s in the city!
I went in for a pizza I ordered carry out on, on the app it said it was ready but it wasnt yet, but the staff were very friendly and I was even GLAD I went in before the pizza was ready
