I went to order some pizza on the Papa John’s app and it said that it was “temporarily unavailable”. So I called and got put on hold by the automated answering service. I waited on hold for about 20 minutes until my wife decided to just go in and just order at the store. When she got there she found out the they shut off online orders and were ignoring the phone on purpose because they had a big order that they had to finish. The man who answered the phone was very rude and he would not give me any information unless I ordered and I only wanted to find out what they serve
