The app said the pizza was ready but it wasn't. Why use technology when you don't know how to use it or maybe the employee wanted it to look like they made it in time but they were wasting time talking and chatting and being rude to their customers.
Ordered a pizza for delivery, Door Dash driver arrives and waits but pizza is not ready so they leave. Next Door Dash driver arrives 5-10 minutes later and waits and because the pizza is still not ready they leave too. Third Door Dash driver arrives and waits and then leaves. Order cancelled. If you do not have the staff to fulfill orders either warn customers of a very long wait time or stop taking orders. Never again Papa Johns.

ordered Papa Johns in Apex the other night cause we didnt feel like cooking. pizza showed up faster then they said which was nice. crust was soft and the garlic sauce is still the best part lol. driver was friendly and everything was still hot when it got here. not the fanciest pizza but it gets the job done.
