Manager (John Jones) not sure if that’s his actual name he gave me. He hung up the phone and said he’s very busy and can’t take orders. I asked for the general manager contact information and he refused to give me the contact number. Very poor customer service and the manager was very rude and disrespectful.
Rude
Visited lake today. Had Frisco sandwich. Cashiers friendly and food was hot and fresh.
The app said the pizza was ready but it wasn't. Why use technology when you don't know how to use it or maybe the employee wanted it to look like they made it in time but they were wasting time talking and chatting and being rude to their customers.
