It is impossible to place a carry out order at this place. Once I made it through the automated system, I spent 10 minutes placing an order with someone with a foreign accent only for him to tell me he would have to transfer me to the front of the store to complete my order. Once transferred to "the front of the store", I was going to have to start the order process over after being placed on hold - NO, I AM NOT ABLE TO HOLD TO PLACE THE SAME ORDER AGAIN!
Second time trying to place an order here and nothing but ignorant, rude “people” working here. And this is off an “apology” promo code. Definitely sealed the deal for this company.
I just tried to make a carry out order. First of all the phone rang 10 times literally. The person that answered sounded loud like she was playing at work. I tried to order a small one topping pizza, that should be around 7 dollars. She told me 9.72!! that is the price of a large, I know this because I have been a customer for years! Delivery driver was rude because he couldn’t find my house even though you can see the numbers from the street and then had an attitude while handing me the food. Will definitely not order from this location again.
My pizza and other items in my order is now 2.25 hrs late. I tried to call but the message would come on then it would ring 5x then back to the recording I called 11:06 hung up 11:21 gonna call tomorrow to make sure we don’t get charged. Y’all suck
RecommendedAwesome service! Couldn’t get food anywhere else that would deliver and we were starved! It was late and we had a trailer behind us so they were a God send. Originally they said it would be over an hour and it ended up being 30 minutes!
