You guys should tell the delivery driver who drives the red car that it's probably not a good idea to tailgate people while they have a giant Papa John's sign on their roof. Also, tailgating is illegal. Have a nice day.
went there on June 8, 2020 , NO EMPLOYEE in the entire Ocoee, location were wearing gloves or masks. the Manager on duty gave a cash refund out of the cash drawer because they gave away the wrong pizza. she immediately went and started making a pizza without washing her hands, or wearing gloves. I asked if they were allowed to touch money, and not wash hands or wear gloves? they're reply was YES... the Pandemic was over! Even before the Pandemic, it's against Health Codes to handle money and handle food ingredients.
Check your pizza first. The driver still had the balls to deliver this after he clearly dropped it.
Location is 4.1 miles away but because I live in a new subdivision I can't order online, I have to call in. I call in and for some reason am not eligible for the specials that are available online. Employees can't be bothered to speak to the manager about matching the deal as it's not my fault the online ordering isn't available for me. Prettt terrible customer service.
Justin and James you guys are awesome. Thank you for the late night pizza. I got you guys if you ever go to the fountain west Publix for a pubsub just ask for Krissy.
