Worms on our pepperoni pizza last friday and the manager refused to do anything. And she refused to give her name..NO REFUND...The health Dept Complaint has been filed and now I'm looking for a attorney as my family became ill and I have pictures and 4 witnesses...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION....NASTY DINNER AND SICK STUATION....
This was once a good pizza joint. Last pizza I got was undercooked, had almost no sauce, and the toppings were almost nonexistent. Add all of this to a ridiculous $2.75 delivery fee on top of the driver's tip? Not ordering from here again.
They have changed management and no longer have any carry out deals. This kinda sucks because we always carry out and order pizza once a week. Always the offer they had was more expensive than what was advertised on tv.
I worked at this location 1401 n Jones, the general manager is so abusive employees are quitting left & right he physically attacked me the day I quit because I embarrassed him in front of all the employees, he is 300 plus pounds, I am 130 soaking wet, good for him. PS corporation just brushed it under the rug #BAD PAPA !!!
Well the guy below about bad customer service was definitely spot on with that. This downtown papa johns does not care about their customer service nor the type of food they serve. It gets so old calling and trying to get across to their staff that they didnt do a good job and all they wanna do is fight you on it. The immaturity and rudness of the guy named jessie just makes this place awful. I will gladly go to other pizza places than to this trash hole.
It had the best service they we're on time and had great pizza I would definitely go to this one again
Food was terrible and way over priced. 30.00 for a medium pizza and small order of wings, they also charge $2.50 for delivery
Absolutely Horrible!!!!!! We were told we would receive our pizza within 1 to 1 1-2 hrs. 2 1/2 hours later still NO delivery. Called 2 X & guys says "it's out for delivery". Called again 30 min later still not delivered. He says "it's still out for delivery", " sorry for inconvenience we will give you a discount NEXT time you order". No! We will never order from you again. We live 2.9 miles away, really? Unacceptable period!!!! And if he ever shows up we will be charged full price!
