I stoped at the sandusky location I went in purchased 2 of the works pizza came home with them. I have never been so sick in my life. My family and I could not stay out of the bathroom .
Just got my pizza delivery and it's cold. Not happy at all.
Was trying to use my gift card online; didn’t work. So I called and instead of someone IN the store answering, I got sent to some type of call center where she was very slowly taking my order & was adding random things onto my order that I did not even say. Sent me to pay support and it was automated; no real person. It still would not take my gift card. Very weird and super annoying.
I googled "Papa John's Norwalk oh". After pressing a few buttons through a totally unnecessary automated system, an Indian lady finally answered, insisting the call was to the Sandusky location. After arguing that I was trying to reach the norwalk location for a few minutes, I hung up and called the number on the flyer (different number). Another automated system.
