On 9/7/14 I placed a order at 1:20pm ET online. My confirmation email from them said to expect my order within 30-40 minutes. 2:15pm ET came around and my order still hadn't arrived. I put in a phone call to this location and was disconnected the 1st time as my signal was weak on my phone. I put in a second call once I had better reception and spoke with Mary (I believe is her name). I told her about the situation and she put me on hold to contact the driver. Great Pizza, Great Fast Delivery , I love when the Rangers get 7 runs, Papa Johns gives 50% off pizza's to everyone...
Has the best pizza but the worst customer service.
Terrible service – The pizza is average at best, service is terrible and paying for condiments is ridiculous, if I had to do that at Mcdonalds or any other restaurant I'd go broke!! They get one star because zero isn't an option.
Horrible – THIS WAS THE WORST PAPA JOHNS I HAVE BEEN TOO! The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was an issue with the order and instead of trying to fix it they just said oh sorry and nothing else. The management is terrible and I would recommend going to another one or a different pizza place. I hope this helps someone.
Papas in Key West – Papas is great! tasty crust, flavorful meats, cheeses, and sauces. This is definetly the best chain pizza place to visit. They have great desserts too
