I order food from them, and get an email saying its going to take 90 minutes. 90 minutes. Seriously. Then when I call to cancel, the guy on the phone puts me on hold for 15 minutes. So I call back, and tell him WTF I don't want to be put on hold for 15 minutes again and says there is no way I was put on hold for 15 minutes. Back to on hold for 3 minutes before finally getting a woman to cancel my order. You just lost my future business Papa Johns.
They are losing me as a customer quickly. I got a pizza with sausage, onions and roasted garlic. The sausage was Italian sausage and the garlic was dry. I also ordered 3 cheese cups and I never got them. This was not the first time. I am really disappointed and will think twice before I order from them again.
