I ordered 2 large pizzas on your website...for Vaughn Road pickup..Montgomery, Al...at 6:15. I received an email saying it would be ready at 5:00-5:15. I called immediately to straighten it out. You guys lost a customer tonight!
They had told us our food was ready for pick up and had us waiting forever. told us it was ready. it wasn't ready, had us wait over an hour on bread sticks while our pizza got cold. ACTUALLY gave us the cold pizza when the HOT bread sticks came out. poor time management. didn't.even try to keep our food hot. poor service. poor time management. not sure if I even will come back. severely unhappy. I did get my money refunded, but still not happy with this experience. 👎
Ordered pizza today like many times before. Waited an hour and a half for delivery when it showed 35-40 mins. Had to call the store again to check on it. Pizza shows up, Luke warm, and when I called back again to tell the operator on shift, no concern was given. Told them I was disappointed and got ok.. Thanks for the helpful interaction. Not so much as an apology for the crappy service.

It is impossible to place a carry out order at this place. Once I made it through the automated system, I spent 10 minutes placing an order with someone with a foreign accent only for him to tell me he would have to transfer me to the front of the store to complete my order. Once transferred to "the front of the store", I was going to have to start the order process over after being placed on hold - NO, I AM NOT ABLE TO HOLD TO PLACE THE SAME ORDER AGAIN!
Second time trying to place an order here and nothing but ignorant, rude “people” working here. And this is off an “apology” promo code. Definitely sealed the deal for this company.
