I ordered 2 large pizzas on your website...for Vaughn Road pickup..Montgomery, Al...at 6:15. I received an email saying it would be ready at 5:00-5:15. I called immediately to straighten it out. The first time I was hung up on. The second time I was put on Hold for 10 minutes. By then my pizzas were baking. We received our order in a timely manner and had ordered 4 of the 5 cent seasoning packets. We started eating and didn't know we did not receive the 4 seasoning packets. After about 30 minutes our delivery man (David) rang the doorbell and said they realized we did not receive the packets and gave them to us. Kudos to David who is a great representative for this store and not only did a good deed, but had a great attitude and friendly personality when he delivered the pizza. Great job 8149 Vaughn Rd!
