I like Papa John's Pizza, but they have gotten worse each time over the past year. I have ordered from 2 different locations, so I don't know what the problem is. Here are some examples... I was given someone else's order, I ordered a thin crust and got a regular style, and another time a pizza was left off.
Gonna be honest I had a bad experience but not because of the employees on shift. Thursday may 8 I placed an order at a little after 10. DoorDash was supposed to bring the food and no showed. I called and they told me to come get my pizza which is annoying but come to find out there’s only two people working. They gave me the order for free plus an extra pizza. Dude was super nice about it. So, management needs to staff better and DoorDash sucks. Employees were great and the pizza was good as usual. Overall not my best exper... read more
