They need to stop forgetting the garlic seasoning on the garlic knots. It is called GARLIC knots for a reason. Don’t cheap out by just giving the bread & 1 bite size cup of garlic sauce!
Nobody who is ordering from Papa John’s is really expecting stellar pizza. But if you order at 10:30 at night on a Friday you do expect to at least receive it before midnight. And you also expect to receive what you ordered. The food order was screwed up, and the drink wasn't received. Totally cold and the bottom of the box was soggy with grease. At least they offered to refund me for the price of the drink that was paid for and not received after waiting on hold for longer than I should have. Fool me once...
