I ordered lunch for myself and some coworkers. The estimated delivery time was 45 to 55 minutes. After two hours of waiting, I received a text from a driver saying that he could no longer wait. He had driven 6 miles to the store and my food was not even prepared. I then called back and the was answered by the calling center. This guy had no clue what was going on.
