It's Papa John's. Can't go wrong! They only reason I rated food with 4 stars is that it's been a while since we ordered pizza here and it appears that pizza sizes downsized a little. This order was for a home buyer's moving day and after picking up the order, I was concerned it wouldn't be enough for their moving crew of 6 friends. Fortunately, one didn't show up.🙏
This is the quality this Papa John's store provides at this time. Actually got an email before I even got the delivery titles "apologies on your recent order experience," so they knew there was an issue before they even delivered it.
Placed a prepaid order for my son’s birthday, arrived to find the store locked and no one answering calls. Had to buy pizza elsewhere and pay twice. Later learned they knew they’d be late but didn’t notify customers. No apology or follow-up. Terrible service.
