yummy! I love this restaurant! Its a cozy and classy atmosphere but not stuffy. Their homemade gnocchi is so good! The kids menu is pretty good too, one of the only restaurants Ive been to that has a kids size ravioli. For 2 adults and 2 small children it costs about 60.00 plus tax and tip.

First of all, we went to this restaurant because we had received a gift card and becase the restaurant came highly recommended to us from friends and family. Walked in expecting a welcoming atmosphere and good food. When we first walked in to ask for a table for 3 the nasty woman at the front desk immediately jumped down our throats and asked us what time our reservation was for. Walked in and was greeted by a nasty old woman. She asked me if I had reservations in a rude tone. I said yes. I was told that I need then when I called for hours. She told me I was lucky because I would not have been able to eat here without them. WOW. The I was seated and had to deal with a waitress with an attitude. The food was just ok. I will not be back

Customer service is terrible. Nasty miserable hostess/greeter. We were asked do you have a reservation at 4:30PM ??? Just when the doors opened. No we said. She said then we can not accommodate you. Not a way to run a business. I do have many choices of restaurants and do not have to be treated this poorly. So my family went to another restaurant where they wanted our business.

Used to be a good place to eat with good food, and not too long of a wait. Now you have to make reservations even if you get there early. It took forever to get through their phone line. The tables are so crammed. The last three times I have come here, I have been bitterly disappointed, well no more!!! I work too hard for my money, and my wife and I used to love the food here, and it is so lackluster in flavor. Our waitresses completely ignored us, and to get a glass of wine with dinner is a joke! Never mind the food beware of the nasty old fart hostess that is rude and will run you out the door. This is how to run a good business with great food food into the ground. No I do not have a reservation but you have lots of open tables so you tell me you are full? Then you tell me If I sit down I will have to be out by 5:45PM. F U Lady.

Pit bull hostess needs some customer service training and people skills. Called several times for reservations and was told no spaces open for the night in a rude tone. Went there and was told no seats and was shown the reservation list. Half the tables were open. Told some friends who all had the same experience with this Rude old Hostess and walked out. I have told friends do not bother going there. Not worth the aggravation.

I have grown up on Italian food all of my 6 plus decades and I can honestly say that Papa Joe's is right up there with Grandma's home cooking. The food was plentiful, just like a Sunday afternoon, gathered around Grandpa's and Grandma's formal dinning room table. Grandpa use to say if you leave the table hungry, it is your own fault. I didn't leave Papa Joe's table hungry. As a matter of fact, the full portion provided enough leftovers for two more meals!!! It would have put a great big smile on Grandpa's face.
