I found Papa Richard on Home Advisor and requested a quote for services I required. He contacted me immediately and was at my home the next morning. He felt that I needed a replacement and told me upfront he was booked but would be back in a few weeks to complete the job. He notified me before the few weeks was up and came on my schedule to help me out.
