This is my first time at Papa Gino's Hudson NH and Dotty, the customer service attendant, was by far one of THE most pleasant people I have ever encountered. She represents what true "Customer Service" should mean. The Buffalo Chicken Pizza was excellent too.
Dorothy was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I appreciate her kindness in helping me choose what to order. Definitely would recommend this Papa Gino’s.
This women named dotty was amazing, very very polite, and respectful , so caring you can tell, excitement service. So kind
I went and picked up my order...which consisted of 2 orders or mozzarella sticks, 2 chicken finger baskets and a ham and cheese sub. The lady behind the counter said ok all set, I asked for a bag so I could carry everything and instead of packing my order in the bag she looked at me and handed me the bag. I packed my bag and left with the sub I'm hand as I was offered 1 bag. Then arriving home...the sub was so soggy the bread was not edible...so my husband ate a plate of sub salad....very disappointed
Dotty St Peter was so efficient with our order and happy to be working here. There should be more pleasant people like her working in fast food!
