Ordered on uber eats and they accepted our order but it never turned up and no refund given, they won’t even answer the phone
Do not use this company,we have been a customer for more than 2years gradually gone down hill, worst meals I have. ever had, barbecue sauce over the whole ordered, never ordered sauce, meal cold, 2hours late.phone calls not answered. I will post this over other reviews to see no one else gets ripped off.
I placed an order on Uber Eats and waited for nearly two hours. I tried to contact the restaurant, and five minutes after I tried to contact them, they canceled my order.
I ordered and I paid 40 pound then it got to around 1 hour and 30 min after it should’ve been delivered I called 35 times and no response I went down to the shop and it was fully closed and I haven’t got a refund
