I ordered two 1 gallon tins for Christmas. After about two weeks, I never got a confirmation email that the tins were mailed. I decided to just go in person to speak with someone. I ended up being helped by the owner and had an amazing experience. She was extremely apologetic and due to the holiday rush, it was understandable that my order got lost in the shuffle.
