Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. In the parts department
I have been in the market for a small tractor with loader and backhoe capabilities. After visiting 3 other manufacturers I ventured into Pape’ Machinery to look at the John Deere offerings. I worked with Don Denning, who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He spent a great deal of time with me showing me what John Deere had to offer. I ended up purchasing a tractor, the time that Don took to help me was a strong factor in my decision.
Pat was a superstar!!! I have 5 more deliveries this week and everything started better than I expected in Bend, OR. Thanks for the help.
