My husband, David Blanchard, was quoted,over the phone, an amount of $ 800 to $1000 to repair the 4wd in his tractor. Before he took the tractor in for repairs Pape informed him that he would be responsible to pay for 1 hour of tech trouble shooting time. He took the tractor in for repairs and got a written quote for $4900.00! He has to ask for the written quote as he received a phone call from a mechanic stating the $4900 price .
