Pretty sure corporate is failing because this shop is the worst I've ever been to over and over again. Talk about a bunch of employees that wish they were dead. Now I find myself driving across town way out of my way to avoid them. I miss when it used to be Fisher farm. Other Pape stores that I've been to are great... This one needs house cleaning. Rude and overpriced and I'm a repeat commercial customer... Well, I used to be. 👎
Alex was do kind and went out of his way to help my father with his tractor. I am grateful that Alex took the time to help us.
These guys helped me to buy a new John Deere to use on the farm.... They are super helpful and will talk to you and help explain things. Also are patient and understanding with new owners. Parts staff and repair staff are very knowledgeable and helpful also. Only downside is mother Deere likes to raise the price of anything with green paint on it, to a point of making you think to look elsewhere.
Use Austin Moehnke for your Tractor and impliment purchase. He made the process so seamless and smooth. His customer service was outstanding. He is also very knowledgeable and had great advice and suggestions about which implements would be best for my situation. Thank you so much Austin.
