Austin Moehnke made the process of purchasing a new riding lawn mower very easy. When I called Pape to inquire about a model, he sent me a quote and a link for a credit application. About a week later he checked back with me. I decided to purchase and picked the unit up the unit two days later. During the whole process I called Austin four or five times with questions.
