A "new" lawnmower battery lasted a month or so past their 6 month warranty. John Deere batteries supposedly have a 3 to 5 year life span. I declined their generous offer to replace it with a $9 credit towards another "new" one. What happened to this once great company?
We were called and told repairs and labor would cost a certain amount and when we showed up to pick up equipment bill was over $300.00 more than what we were told on phone.
Customer service is great and we feel very well cared for. THANK YOU Pape and Ag
