Worked with Jeff to buy a one series tractor. He and the entire staff made buying my first tractor a breeze. They are very transparent about the financing and fees, and even entertained the 4 year old gremlin I brought with me!
Sure wished I would have known it was going to be nearly a grand to do the 50 hour service on my little 1 series tractor, I probably would’ve went with the kioti instead and saved some money. Thanks John Deere
Worst customer service. Parts and service are rude and lack any accountability. Have our tractor for 2 weeks for a recall part. Told us 10 days when it went in. Part still not here and no call and told us our responsibility to call and check on the repair. Communication has been an ongoing issue since we purchased in 2018. Buy kabota!
