Enjoyed working with Don on the purchase of our John Deere compact tractor. He knew his products extremely well and helped us make a great choice we are very happy with. Great service with the delivery too.
Hands down these are some of the best professionals I’ve ever worked with. Both Ken and Cole truly understand what true customer service means, these guys have always taken care of me 100% of the time, what was even more impressive is they remembered me by my first name after my first visit? Very friendly environment, and always willing to help therefore, I will always be a loyal customer.
Excellent customer service and easy transaction.
I needed a Frontier rotary cutter and made a call to the dealer here in Bend. Don was immediately available and made sure to get the right size for my tractor. We decided to stop in a few days later to square up the bill and set a delivery date. Don made the time to walk us out to the lot and give us a few pointers about the machine. It's a fairly simple mechanism, but, for this city boy, a little hand-holding and advice provided the confidence that I needed to feel comfortable about operating it.
