Great people, very helpful in picking out the tractor we needed. Best place for the usual replacement parts like belts and mower blades.

We bought 2 brand new sprayers last week and we raised concerns about the sprayers having sat on the lot since 2022, and we noted visible rust on the shaft. The salesperson acknowledged this but assured us that it would not impact the equipment's performance. Unfortunately, the first unit is now exhibiting serious mechanical issues, including rapid oil consumption and blackened oil, after only minimal use. I would like to give 5 stars and above to the Poulsbo Store. They have excellent Parts and Service team and satisfied with our riding mower that we purchased from Poulsbo. My husband loves it and treats it like his baby.
