In the past we’ve been happy with the service received, but this last has been very disappointing for us! We called for having our annual tuneup and with not having our mower returned our hearing from them after a week and a half I called asking what’s up and they said they had replaced a few parts and the cost was 1,000.00 mostly for the labor and nope never a call did we receive… let alone giving them the okay! We bought our second mower here and grateful we had the best salesman Craig! Every single question was answered and he was in incredibly pleasant to work with- zero pressure. On the other hand the delivery guy was a jerk- but that didn’t spoil our purchase- thank you Craig Pape is lucky to have you.
