Will always give me info when I call them and will get my equipment in and get it working
John Deere dealership. The stock is food but prices are much higher than reasonable.
Avoid this dealer at all costs...bought a brand new tractor that hasn't run properly since purchased...they have done nothing to fix the on going problem...no offer of a loaner to use while in the shop...was told that "It is what it is"...blaming John deere for the issue...all lights come on and tractor shuts down...was told to drive it until it stops...contacted John deere directly and got no help whatsoever...think twice about dealing with Pape in chehalis!!!!!! Would have given 0 stars but not an option...we are running a... read more
