Worst customer service experience ever.
Sold me more than I thought I needed, but was the best solution for doing routine maintenance on my lawn tractor.
This morning Josh (John Deere) came to pick up my tractor. While he faced LOTS of challenges but he faced them with professionalism, humor and a great attitude He had to deal with a short narrow driveway, a non-starting tractor, and lots of other concerns. Josh was a pleasure to work with and seemed to love his work. He never expressed a negative word or attitude, he just kept working to get the job done, with smiles and interesting conversation. Best customer service I have experienced in years. Go DEERE, go Josh!
Not cheap Extremely good service Repaired my mover Two weeks later similar problems They came picked it up found the problem Brought it back same day No extra charges
