Amazing! Didn't think a business like this still existed. Let's say I'm old school, I want someone to answer the phone with a smile, ask how we can help, provide a quality product, service and parts. I purchased a John Deere S240 Mowing Tractor at Pape from Kragen, the Territory Manager. He was attentive, caring and took the time to answer all my questions. Very good customer service on the phone and at the counter. Small shop with John Deere items and accessories. Selling lawn tractors and other outdoor equipment vehicles. They also have replacement parts and hardware. I believe they may service repairs as well
I didn’t even know this place existed and when I found it, I was completely pleased because they had the new John Deere D1 10 tractor deck that I needed awesome And for a much better price if I shipped from the mainland
We own a farm in Kapulena near Waipio Valley. I have used American Machinery/ Pape for repairs on my John Deere tractor (and other equipment) for years. They charge ALOT of money but I can tell you with all the flakes and fake mechanics here in the islands- Tyler (the mechanic) is a top notch trade school educated mechanic. Tyler knows what he's doing and it's worth every penny to have him diagnose and repair my equipment. He is also a sweetheart and I love having him at the property.
