I've gone to this salon around 5 times and every time I go, the prices change. I spoke with the Owner to explain that my appt was for a "fill, encapsulates, short =$50 plus 2 broken nails =$16...it should have been $66...she stated "no you need a full set encapsulated =$60 and removal of French design =$12, total would be $72... I told her I dont need a full set as I have nails and needed a fill (the new growth area filled) and she refused to understand that a "full set" is when you go with NO nails and getting all 10 nails ... read more
The worst please in Kissimmee Do not go there!!
I was recommended here as a last minute emergency appointment. They accepted me as a walk in. Manager and as nice and introduced herself to me and thanked me for the visit. The nail tech who helped me removed my nails and managed with special care the nail I had just broken from a softball injury I just got few hours before. She was gentle, caring and took her time. Her name is Vilma. Highly recommended her and Pao’s Salon.
Idk if I should even share a review since I want to keep this secret gem to myself… I’m picky and it took me minute to find this place after moving to this city… I don’t need all of y’all taking up all the appointments jk… At Pao’s Nails you’ll get the most timely, professional and friendly service you can ever imagine.
