Paolo is one of the most responsive real estate professionals I have worked with. I was in NYC for a limited amount number of days and he maximized a short window of time with a sense of urgency. After meeting us once, he understood what we liked, what we could afford, and was able to get us appointments to see places we could not do ourselves through various web sites. We have now found our dream location thanks to him, and he's STILL providing great customer service to us by referring people who can help with the move.
