I had an exceptional experience with this office. They got me in remarkably quickly and kept the entire process moving smoothly. From the start, they provided clear and transparent cost breakdowns prior to treatment so I knew exactly what to expect. The communication was direct, the staff was fantastic at explaining everything clearly, and the overall service was top-notch. I look forward to trusting them with my future care.
Office asked me to pay $125 COPAY for an initial consultation in addition to billing my medical and dental insurance (I have excellent insurance). They took all of my info, including taking my picture, my SSN, copies of all my cards, before telling me the cost of the visit. I’ve never been asked to pay such a fee BEFORE I even saw a provider AND with having 2 insurances on board. I refused to pay that ridiculous fee and left. I do not recommend this office at all.
Highly recommend. Dr. Paolino was very thorough in his explanation, I never felt rushed. Staff was very helpful and worked with me to fit me in on short notice. My only request, ensure staff don’t wear fragranced products, many patients are very sensitive.
everybody at the office there is very friendly, very professional. I would definitely recommend them, Dr is so kind and caring. he explains everything he is doing.
