My driver Bill was on time, friendly and got me to PHL safe and sound. Flawless and enjoyable trip to the airport.
We've been using Paoli limo for a few years now. If you're traveling for more than a week, it's cheaper to use them than it is to park in the airport's garage. Booking is easy on their website and their drivers are always punctual. We just returned from a trip last night and we left an iPad in the car. They called to let me know before I realized it was missing and then offered to deliver it to us within an hour. They didn't charge us to come back either. This was our first time using this service. It was absolutely wonderful. My first driver, Shanlee to the airport was a few minutes early to pick us up for our early departure. We were provided her information in case we needed to change anything. Our second driver, for the pickup at airport was Jerome. He was waiting for us, tracking our flight so no wait once we arrived. He stayed with s at baggage claim, helped with our luggage. It made our travel so much nicer, no stress. Will defiantly use again.
My flight was delayed. I was worried how I would connect with my driver. No worries! He knew about my delay. He was waiting with a sign with my name on it at the bottom of the stairs. He got my luggage. Then it was on to my hotel. I had a wonderful experience.
I highly recommend using Paoli Limousine. The process from booking to receiving the transfer service to and from Newark was seamless. Each driver was very professional and friendly. Communication was on point with information and the van was very clean each way. Thank you Bruce and Curtis and those behind the scene making our experience stress free!
