Bobby is an awesome, caring, efficient and considerate RN. I hope he's adequately compensated. Everyone is super nice and fast.
This is my arm from a nurse that shoved in a needle like I was a doll with no emotions. I literally cried out loud the whole hall probably heard me. Nurses need to be trained on inserting needles and having more compassion. It was just this one nurse but I don't have her name.
The doctors, nurses, and techs were overall nice and helpful. It’s the admin staff that act like caged animals.
It is a rrauma center
The amount of compassion my family and I received from the entire staff (from security all the way up to the Doctors and Charge Nurses) was incredible. Despite the circumstances they made us feel comfortable.
