On July 25, 2026, my husband came in with a head laceration and bleeding through a bandaid. He has a heart condition. Triage was quick. After a 4 plus hour wait to see someone for flushing wound, see if he had a brain bleed or concussion and in need of stitches- we left as he was feeling dizzy. Staff eating, on phones, laughing and unconcerned. It was awful. In our home town the next day, we went to another ER and we're seen in under an hour. Sadly the stitches window had closed.
Wait time is terrible. Triage is quick but then they have the patient wait in the waiting room. If they are sending you for an X-ray or CT Scan, the person sent to get you has to look through all the people in the waiting room to find you. Not a good system at all. My son is there now. Got there at 12:15 am waited till 6:00am for a CT Scan. There are many beds in their ER, use them and at the very least let a patient who is in pain with a fever be comfortable. You are charging enough, why not let the patient be comfortable??... read more
They have zero care for people in pain I watch a guy scream in pain begging for someone to help him and because he was yelling they instead of helping him threaten to call the police.
Great hospital excellent staff. Just meet a wonderful nurse named Maryanne Higbee who is so sweet and kind Christian women. She has many years experience working with patients and you can tell she loves her job and loves people. Im so glad she worked with me today! As she said things happen for a reason. She is awesome!!
