I had to go to this ER earlier this week (nothing too major, but did require immediate attention, no ambulance ride). I had a good experience. There were so many patients there. The doctors and nurses were saying it was more crowded than normal for that day/time. I was triaged pretty quickly. There was a longer wait after that but I know it was crowded and that ERs see patients in order of how seriously ill the patients are. I am not upset about that wait. Terrible nurses and doctors work here. They don’t care about people. And when you complain to administration, they gaslight you. This guy name Lars is a total jerk. He comes in all pompous acting like a doctor while he has no medical education. They do not care about people like the way people should be cared of.
All employees were professional, I received excellent care while there
I went to the ER for appendicitis. From the moment I stepped in I was greeted by friendly people who got me in very quickly. The staff, including the transporters, were really kind and seemed very organized. I was back in the ER room and met with the surgeon who I think is a top doc! He was kind, compassionate, spoke to me like a human being and not just a number. Explained everything to me and answered my questions.
