I had the same experience people are complaining from Dr Armstrong, she completely dismissed my chronic illness. Total lack of empathy.
This practice moves you around to each provider every visit. There are pros and cons about this method, but in my opinion, more cons than pros. I have been going to Paoli Hematology for over a year, and only saw Dr. Armstrong twice. In-between, I was bounced around to different nurse practitioners. I had a great experience with them until my last appointment in June with Dr. Armstrong. It lasted only a few minutes, she was dismissive of how I was feeling physically, only saying “hopefully it resolves on its own.” and didn’t ... read more
Do not go to this place! Dr.Armstrong is egotistical and did not listen to my needs. Waited an hour to just be seen for just 10 minutes!! Dismissed my ongoing/chronic illness. Worst care and experience!
No follow up, no effort, no health care provided! Awful!!! They should be ashamed to call themselves practitioners! Please find somewhere elsr
