Yes it was fine
In my experience a lot of subsidized housing developments or apartment complexes are a bit run down or neglected. I was very surprised by the cleanliness of Paoli Heights, from the property to the office, and finally the apartments themselves. The apartments are very well kept and would meet or exceed most people's expectations and housing needs.
