This office just lost a patient! This morning I had a appointment for my daughter. She has an ingrown toenail. After arriving we filled out all the new patient paperwork. Once we were in room waiting for the doctor the receptionist informed us that my daughter wasn't listed on the insurance. She's covered on my parents insurance so I had to call my mother to see what the issue was. I asked that we please have 5 mins to figure this out.
