We had a terrible experience with Paoli Appliance Repair. The technican came when scheduled, but seemed to not know what to do - he would have ordered the wrong part had we not been there to tell him what we thought was wrong. He said he would call back the next day to tell us the price, but did not do so - he failed to return multiple phone calls and it took an entire week to simply order the part.
