Front desk very rude. Refused to see my Mother due to not bringing medication bottles. I had a complete list of medications with dosage and frequency. The receptionist Claimed she called me the main contact yesterday to confirm and give medication instructions. I never received a call. Will not be back.
This doctor told a family that I love dearly, that her SON was going to pass away in his SLEEP! ( The son and family could not sleep after this news, OBVIOUSLY) Only to be sent to a specialist to find out that was NOT the case. Also the specialist pointed out this was not the 1st time something like this has happened, from the SAME doctor. Please be aware of this before you take your child to see her!
Would not recommend this doctor at, she constantly told my son who is 21 that he was going to die in his sleep numerous times in one vist.She is very unprofessional and rude.
Turned away from my appointment because I didn't bring the medicines I take although they are all recorded in the Baptist Health System portal and I can recite every one. I will never go back to this doctor. Terrible patient care.
