First she tried to gaslight me into thinking that my diet is the reason why me and my entire family have had heartburn for decades (it's not, but I cut out the few things from my diet just to humor her).She then became actually angry when I explained that I had just gotten a new job (so I couldn't request time off of work) and I was working up to 80 hours each week. Dr Batista takes the time to listen to you, discuss your concerns and patiently explain your treatment plan. I highly recommend her

Thorough. Perceptive. Kind. Smart. Likeable. I have recommended Dr. Batista to several of my male and female friends, all have raved about her. One family switched all their members (19) to Dr. Batista.
Very bad experience. Was trying to tell her all the problems i was facing and she told me to stop telling her, Her exact word, you are telling me too many problems. I wonder why she was not ready to listen to all my complaints and recommend a holistic treatment.
She is the primary care doctor for me and my toddler. She's very nice and knowledgeable, and her nurses are great. There is never more than a five or ten minute wait time in the lobby. In and out! :)

She referred me to a PM & Phyc I called the services and nothing in over 3 weeks.
She listens. That's all that matters when visiting a doctor. She doesn't rush you, she actually takes the time to listen.
