In the middle of a very very cold snap, my boiler's pilot light went out for the umpteenth time. I decided to replace the boiler since replacing the individual parts that needed replacing was going to cost quite a bit. I began calling around and Mario was the only one who offered to come out right away to provide an estimate. His estimate was very reasonable and the work was done within just a few business days. We had a very unpleasant experience with Mario. First off, he made a careless yet costly mistake of improperly fastening two segments of a pipe such that every time we did laundry, the poorly fastened connector would cause a fountain of water to fill our basement. Secondly, just recently we discovered that the plumbing work he did outside also resulted in a fountain-like burst of water any time we would turn on our sprinkler system.
