PanguryOEM deserves more than 5 stars. I've had some issues with my Cambridge Audio equipment and was referred to Pangury by CA for warranty work. The staff there is excellent. They are caring and competent and work hard to assure problems are properly assessed, diagnosed and the appropriate repairs are made. I'm fortunate to live within a reasonable drive, and therefore, have the opportunity to deliver and pick up my equipment in person, and interact with the staff there. I also want to praise this company. I had a problem with Denon not wanting to pay to send my receiver to this this company so I drove the 3 hours to this company. The lady I met at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. She took my receiver and the next day I got an email it was done.. In the mail the next day. I dropped it off on a Monday at 1pm and it was back at my house by Wed at 4pm working great! Can't thank you enough.
Just wanted to note that Panurgy OEM's service has been excellent. I had my Denon AVRX4700 get the HDMI issues and they had me pick a repair center, recommended Panurgy. I am glad they did! The whole process took about 1 month, received my unit packed properly and working as good as new. I want to specifically note that Theresa who was my primary customer representative there is awesome! She was informative and patient. Allowing me to explain what was wrong and she was a pleasure to speak to. thanks!
EXCELLENT Customer Service! My Marantz HD-DAC1 was repaired and returned very promptly, and customer service lady, TW, was extremely responsive and helpful...she assumed accountability & went out of her way to personally check on matters for me. I'll be back.
Called ahead before sending in my Denon receiver for an in-warranty repair. The woman I spoke to was very helpful in describing the process for shipping my unit. Panurgy promptly repaired my unit and I had it shipped back to me within one week. The receiver is working perfectly again. So happy at the limited downtime I had to experience without it. All in all I think they took a day and a half to repair it, then I had a shipping notification that it was coming back. Very pleased with the service.
