Called ahead before sending in my Denon receiver for an in-warranty repair. The woman I spoke to was very helpful in describing the process for shipping my unit. Panurgy promptly repaired my unit and I had it shipped back to me within one week. The receiver is working perfectly again. So happy at the limited downtime I had to experience without it. All in all I think they took a day and a half to repair it, then I had a shipping notification that it was coming back. Very pleased with the service.

My Denon AVR 3800h(under warranty) started flashing red light (protection mode). Looking at the reviews, I was bit hesitant to give it to Panurgy, anyways decided to try my luck. I dropped the device at their office on a Tuesday morning, they repaired and shipped it same day, next day FedEx delivered the device and it is working perfectly fine. Thanks PanurgyOEM for super fast repair, keep up the good work.

The Absolute worst Techs you'll ever find anywhere. Don't bring your Denon receivers here. Brought my Denon AVR 4700 here for warrant TWICE in the same week and had more things wrong with it then when I dropped it off!!!!!!!! I have to go back A THIRD TIME !!!!!!!!!!! Gave them a list of things that don't work and they still got it wrong !!!!!!!!!!!! Wish I could give them 0 stars
