Just wanted to note that Panurgy OEM's service has been excellent. I had my Denon AVRX4700 get the HDMI issues and they had me pick a repair center, recommended Panurgy. I am glad they did! The whole process took about 1 month, received my unit packed properly and working as good as new. I want to specifically note that Theresa who was my primary customer representative there is awesome! She was informative and patient. Allowing me to explain what was wrong and she was a pleasure to speak to. thanks!

EXCELLENT Customer Service! My Marantz HD-DAC1 was repaired and returned very promptly, and customer service lady, TW, was extremely responsive and helpful...she assumed accountability & went out of her way to personally check on matters for me. I'll be back.

Called ahead before sending in my Denon receiver for an in-warranty repair. The woman I spoke to was very helpful in describing the process for shipping my unit. Panurgy promptly repaired my unit and I had it shipped back to me within one week. The receiver is working perfectly again. So happy at the limited downtime I had to experience without it. All in all I think they took a day and a half to repair it, then I had a shipping notification that it was coming back. Very pleased with the service.

My Denon AVR 3800h(under warranty) started flashing red light (protection mode). Looking at the reviews, I was bit hesitant to give it to Panurgy, anyways decided to try my luck. I dropped the device at their office on a Tuesday morning, they repaired and shipped it same day, next day FedEx delivered the device and it is working perfectly fine. Thanks PanurgyOEM for super fast repair, keep up the good work.
