This is the worst Caterpillar company I have worked with They damaged the engine room while doing warranty work In 17 YEARS of activity in yachting this is the first time I have seen myself writing a review to really inform future customers to flee this disastrous company. really bad experiences
I brought some oil samples and they never sent the email with the results. I had to waste my time having to go personally to ask for the results that never came and the rude young man at the counter told me that it was not their responsibility that I had to call a phone number myself to find out what had happened with the results. Later I called the damn number repeatedly and no one ever answered. At the time this company had no problem charging me for the service and even forced me to buy their own containers to put the sam... read more
