I brought some oil samples and they never sent the email with the results.
Absolutely the worst parts counter. They are not interested in helping in selection in the least. The last two times I've been here I've been told that "they never made that", can't look it up, need a serial number. The take great pleasure in making sure that you are dissatisfied.

I had to waste my time having to go personally to ask for the results that never came and the rude young man at the counter told me that it was not their responsibility that I had to call a phone number myself to find out what had happened with the results. Later I called the damn number repeatedly and no one ever answered.
