I'm late with this review, but I had to brag about the experience at Pantora bridal in Brooklyn. My mother and I visited Pantora Bridal last Saturday for the sample sale, and unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. Our appointment was scheduled for 6:00 PM; we arrived early at 5:50 PM but were not seen until 7:00 PM. During our wait, another guest arrived at 6:30 PM for the same appointment slot. I had the most magical experience finding my dress—and I’m so excited to officially be a Pantora bride. Korey was my bridal consultant and an absolute joy to work with—so funny, so grounding, and immediately made me feel comfortable. By the end of the appointment, Korey truly felt like family.
