Waste of time. My truck needs 70psi. I had an on going slow leak that required me to fill it up about once a month when it would get down in the 50psi range. And u could start seeing it was a little low. I filled it up on Friday at work to 70psi. On Monday I only had 29. I took it in to university tire to see what the problem was. I cannot honestly say enough good things about this company! They are so friendly and professional that I just refuse to have my car serviced anywhere else and I live 60 miles away from this shop! I’m an old man and one thing I’ve learned in life if you have a good mechanic, you better stay with them! Thank you so much University tire and auto for all that you do for me man. I appreciate you guys. My car is almost antique, and look! Still runs like new!
I was able to place my tire order and schedule an appointment online. Upon arrival to the shop, I was greeted by Victor who was very friendly and able to get me checked-in. Having 4 tires replaced, an alignment, and full synthetic oil change, I was going to be there a while. Luckily, the shop wasn't busy, and Victor and Andy provided great company to pass the time. I had the most incredible experience yesterday. I was having a horrible week and that morning wasn’t any better. But the guy behind the counter went above and beyond anything I was expecting. He turned my week around in 15min. I wish I knew his name. What a blessing he was to me.
They make bad work , and they are very rude.
