Wonderful company to work for!
I feel like I was scammed by Pantone. I signed up for a free trial for pantone connect and they created 2 accounts for me and charged me double. I only realized this a year later when I was double charged again. I cancelled my account and reached out and never heard back. I've tried reaching out many times and never heard from them.
What a disappointment. Canadian buyers beware: this company charges provincial taxes and ships FedEx ground. Then a month later you will get an invoice from FedEx charging duties and entrance fees, 50% more of your original purchase. There is nothing on their webpage or their invoice/receipt stating this hidden cost. I sent the FedEx invoice to Pantone’s customer service to request them to pay for it. Let us see!
