Nice new build. Friendly staff. Excellent fast maintenance service. Huge bed room.
I loved living at Panton Mill. A new job took me further south and I didn’t realize how amazing Janet in the office was until I’ve had to deal with new property managers at my new place. She is the absolute best as is Dave the maintenance guy. The communication about issues going on around the building was amazing and I already miss living there!
The place was okay for the first year (my husband and I were the first tenants in the in the unit it self) after that more and more problems arrose with the place. The air conditioning set up is a total joke. The people who own it now don't seem to understand how to keep staff in the building for more the a few months. They will give you the run around to avoid giving you and answers to issues.
