The park is extremely noisy from I 75 highway traffic. Also the rent is ridiculously high with only a small pool to offer. Your mail is available to anyone who lives there as they have it in an open club house access. The club house is run down and dirty. When we 1st bought it was owned by a good private company. Now, it's owned by a corporate company with No character or personal touch and the on-site managers prove it.
We've been at Panthers Walk RV Resort for almost 2yrs. The park is under new ownership as of 1/2021. It is very clean, everyone is friendly, a lawn company comes once a week, the pool guy comes 3 days a week. The new owner has purchased new singlewide park models that will be available to buy and possibly rent. Panthers Walk RV Resort is a great place. We love it!
