I have been going to this location for my BFR for many weeks now. I have tried physio before (not here) and found it to be tedious and monotonous process. BUT Cailyn who does my BFR visits is truly amazing. Just a genuinely kind and caring person, always very punctual and organized. She is prepared every time I go there and has my exercises ready to rumble. The conversation is always solid with lots of good laughs that makes doing physio actually fun. This is the best physio clinic in the city - hands down! Jessica (physiotherapist) has taken care of me both through an ankle fracture and a severe motor vehicle accident resulting in a concussion. Jessica has seriously changed my life in the best way! Dylan (pt assistant) is always so positive, knowledgeable, quick on his feet, and makes all the patients feel so welcome - his future is bright! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I was first introduced to Darcy and Panther back in 2017 after a MVA. I later saw Darcy for what I thought was an angry hamstring and which was in fact torn meniscus. Through a referral from Darcy I then had surgery on that knee and contintued my post surgical treatments through panther. I cannot thank him and his team enough for all the treatments and assistance in getting my body back on track. I would hands down refer them to anyone who may require physio.
